Product-Focused CTO | Fast Execution, Real Outcomes
Greek, 33 years old, living in Greece. ntzamos@gmail.com

I build products by staying close to both the code and the business need. I know when to move fast with a lightweight solution and when to invest in strong foundations. I work alongside the team, not above it, and I try to keep progress and people in balance.

I am currently leading the AI department, where I have created Vision products and services now deployed across major telecom retail networks. My work focuses on transforming device valuation and risk assessment through applied computer vision and automation, turning AI into real-world infrastructure that delivers measurable business impact. I collaborate across product, strategy, and partnerships to make sure what we build is actually used at scale and trusted in everyday operations.
I supported the AI strategy and prototyping across voice, vision, and LLM-based systems, building fast proofs of concept that turn into real products. From vehicle damage assessment for insurers to enterprise tools for government agencies, I focus on making AI practical, reliable, and ready for deployment.
I designed and developed the architecture for Solar Brain, an intelligent solar panel monitoring system that uses geolocation and solar position to compute optimal panel orientation for maximum irradiance. Deployed across 100+ installations in Greece and Europe.
Built and deployed IoT infrastructure across 150+ industrial sites. Developed backtracking software to minimise shadow impact on solar panels during early morning and afternoon hours, along with electricity production forecasting models, significantly improving energy yield and operational efficiency.
Worked on web platforms for EU public sector teams, with a focus on making heavy, form-based workflows actually usable. Spent a lot of time refining UI flows to reduce manual input mistakes and frustration, while keeping the backend fast and clean.
Developed modules for cashier display systems. Gained hands-on experience with enterprise development practices while shipping features that had to work reliably in busy store environments.
Technical Lead of Morphology venture team at Harvard Innovation Labs, applied Customer Discovery processes, validated hypotheses and performed 100 interviews.
Won second place globally in ACM SIGMOD 2016 programming contest with team "uoa_team". C++ solution for dynamically changing graph with minimum path queries.
Represented Greece National team in Olympiads in Informatics and 2x National Champion in Greece. 2 days x 4 hours to solve 3 problems in C++, the biggest algorithmic competitions globally. Later on, I mentored students in algorithmic thinking, which led them to national and international programming contest victories.
Delivered and deployed computer vision systems across nationwide telecom retail networks.
Built models used daily for live device valuation and risk assessment.
Designed architectures that enable rapid development without sacrificing scalability.
Supported insurers and public sector teams in adopting practical AI solutions.
